2. Credit Note Policy

In case of eligible returns, customers will be provided with a credit note (store credit) instead of a monetary refund.

3. Validity of Credit Note

The issued credit note must be used within 45 days from the date of issuance.
After this period, it will expire automatically and cannot be extended.

4. Mode of Issuance

The credit note will be issued:

Instantly or within 24 hours after approval of return/exchange request

5. Usage of Credit Note

Credit note can be used for future purchases on the website only
It must be used in a single transaction
It is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

6. Eligibility for Credit Note

Credit notes will only be issued if:

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The product passes quality check after return

7. Deductions

Any applicable shipping or handling charges (₹99) are non-refundable and may be deducted.
