1. Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A fee of ₹99 will be deducted in case of returns.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free exchange to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

3. No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.
Customers are eligible for:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store Credit only

4. Store Credit Validity

Store credit must be used within 45 days from the date of issuance.

5. Product Condition

Items will not be accepted if they:

  • Appear used or worn
  • Have fragrance, perfume, or deodorant smell
  • Contain makeup stains or marks

6. Return/Exchange Request Timeline

All requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Unboxing Video (Recommended)

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to claim cases of:

  • Missing items
  • Wrong products
  • Damaged or torn items

8. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations.
In such cases, customers will be required to self-ship the product.

9. Processing Timeline

  • Return Approval: 24–48 hours
  • Exchange Dispatch: 5–7 working days
  • Store Credit: Instant or within 24 hours after approval

10. Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499.

11. Color Variation Disclaimer

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
